Meet Founder & Executive Chef  Essi Tadrus since the age of 4 BBQ has been an obsession.  traveling throughout the US on his mission to create world-class BBQ. At 19, Chef Essi opened his first BBQ restaurant with a mission to serve a scratch-made, high-quality menu to share with his local community. Fast forward 20  years later, and his passion to serve is even stronger.
